Shipping
Shipping is always free in the 48 contiguous United States.
We offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii; however, shipping costs will be covered by you, the customer. Shipping will either need to be paid with your purchase or will be charged as a separate transaction. Feel free to contact us for a quote.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail with more details. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Handling Time:
Average handling time is 5 days, if it is more than 5 days, we will keep in contact via the e-mail address you provided when checking out with estimated time of shipment. Oftentimes your order will ship out 1-3 days within ordering.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order but oftentimes it will ship sooner. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@elitesaunaco.com.
If your order is a custom order, we will keep you informed with a time frame of when it will be ready to ship.
Shipping Methods:
Shipping methods will vary depending upon the brand of sauna you purchase. Please let us know if you would like to know before ordering who the shipping carrier will be. Average shipping time is 3-10 days.
